The supply of Marketing Services by UmeTV Media shall be subject to and conditional upon acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Privacy Policy

At UmeTV Media we understand the importance of privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and provide a quick and convenient service to you in the future. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).

Delivery

UmeTV Media accepts no liability for any loss, damages or expenses arising from the late delivery of services. We aim to provide a draft Business Advertisement to the client within 14 days. Thereafter a period of 14 days is available for the client to make any amendments before the advert goes live at the clients preferred TV Location. Any delivery time or date for delivery date, which the seller may specify, is accordingly an estimate only and thus should not be relied upon. The seller will however, seek to achieve delivery dates specified as far as it is within its power to do so.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Clients are entitled to cancel their agreement with UmeTV Media within 7 days of signing the agreement & the deposit is non-refundable.
